These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Total IT App (the "App"), an internal mobile application operated by PT Total Solusi Teknologi ("Total IT", "we", "us", or "our"). By signing in to or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Authorized Use

The App is available only to employees, contractors, and partners of Total IT and its affiliated companies who have been granted access by the company. You must use the App only for legitimate business purposes related to your role and in accordance with company policies and applicable law.

2. Accounts and Access

• You sign in using your company-issued Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your credentials and device secure. Do not share your account or allow others to use it.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or a lost or compromised device.
• We may grant, change, suspend, or revoke access at any time, including when your employment or engagement ends.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or distribute the App or its source code;
• Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks;
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with security or access-control features;
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate; or
• Disclose App content or company information to unauthorized persons.

4. Confidentiality

Information accessible through the App, including business data, client information, documents, and internal processes, is confidential. You must handle it in accordance with your confidentiality obligations to Total IT and must not copy, share, or disclose it outside authorized channels.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Total IT and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for internal business purposes while you are authorized. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Content you submit remains the property of you or the company, as applicable under your employment or service agreement. You grant Total IT the right to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used. Please review it carefully.

7. Monitoring

To maintain security and ensure compliance with company policies, we may monitor and log use of the App, to the extent permitted by law and described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance or security reasons.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Total IT and its directors, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violation of these Terms or company policies, or upon the end of your employment or engagement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion, and, failing that, shall be submitted to the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
